OutKast‘s reunion performance at Coachella on friday was so impressive that I’ve been listening to the legendary hip-hop group all weekend. ‘Prototype’ is taken from the group’s fifth studio album ‘Speakerboxxx/The Love Below’ which dates back to 2003. The song samples vocals from Patti LaBelle‘s ‘Love, Need and Want You’. LaBelle also appears in the video lip syncing to her vocals.
