Belgian sisters Carol & Sarah Piron are the founders of the Belgian brand Filles à Papa and it looks as if they’ve got a new fan. None other than Queen Bey was rocking a jacket of their fall/winter 2014 collection in the trailer of the HBO documentary about her ‘On The Run’ tour with husband Jay Z.
