You may not be familiar with Appleby yet, but with the heat he’s been dropping recently that might change fast in 2015. His new track Drinkin’ has the feel of a Corbin (Spooky Black) song, with some nice bars thrown in halfway trough. His sound is not one you can categorize easily, but it could be described as a dark, alternative twist to R&B. This kid has a tender, one-of-a-kind singing voice but can also drop some fire bars.
