Stromae is already a huge star in Belgium and Europe and now he’s ready to conquer America. On September 12 he will kick off his US tour in Miami and to finish in beauty he will be perfoming at Madison Square Garden on October 1. The tour will include guest appearances by American R&B songstress and Wondaland Records founder Janelle Monáe and her protege Jidenna. To promote the tour, he’s releasing a series of ‘Lessons’ videos filmed in various cities around the U.S. The first one, which premiered via Pitchfork.tv, finds Stromae teaching you how to play his hit Papaoutai in various locations around New York City. He performs in Times Square, on a subway train, and under the Brooklyn Bridge, much to the confusion of everyone around him.
