Everyone’s seen at least one TED Talk in their life. You know, those inspiring talks of equally inspiring people who are ready to change the world. Well, TedxFlanders organised a big event in Antwerp on March 26th. The Antwerp-based spoken word pioneer Elisabeth ‘Elli’ Severino Fernandes who launched Mama’s Open Mic about three years ago got the chance to present her project on the stage of TedxFlanders. To do that she brought along some friends. I already knew that the great city of Antwerp had some lyrical talent but this 20-minute video showcasing raw talent really blew my mind.
