Up-and-coming Toronto rapper Jazz Cartier recently dropped a new single called Count On Me. A few days ago, he released the visuals for his new track. In the video the Canadian rapper recalls his love life dating back to his first crush in the eighth grade. Jazz Cartier is set to release his Marauding in Paradise tape in 2015.
