Canadian indie label Play It Louder recently started a side project called Medicine For Your Soul. Yesterday they released a beat tape curated by their a&r and publicity manager Deeperkay. The purpose of the project is to let people discover hip hop in a different way with LO-FI hip hop instrumentals that will make you travel in time, directly into the 90’s. The compilation features 19 talented artists, including Brussels-based producer Shungu, carefully selected to create a unique vibe that aims to touch your soul.
