Monte Booker is one of the best producers coming out of Chicago and first popped up on our radar earlier this month as he supplied Saint Louis-based rapper Smino with some innovative instrumentals for his S!CK S!CK S!CK EP.  Last week the 20-year-old beatsmith teamed up with Soulection for their latest White Label release.
