Yesterday the 2019 Red Bull Elektropedia Awards took place at Flagey. This year’s big winner is without a doubt Zwangere Guy. The Brussels-based artist took home 4 golden plaques for Artist of the Year, Best Album, Best Live and Best Song. He kept his speeches short but had some words for Flemish political party NVA & the new Flemish Culture Minister Jan Jambon making it clear that he is not down with the cutbacks of funding for culture, a message we fully support and co-sign.
